Frustrated by project delays, unexpected costs, and contract disputes, our founders set out to bridge the gap between financial strategy and construction execution. We saw too many projects losing money due to poor commercial management—so we decided to change that.

Shafiq Ahmed Soomro – Founder
A visionary in commercial management and contract administration, Engr. Shafiq Ahmed Soomro, MCIArb, brings over two decades of expertise in construction finance, cost control, and risk mitigation. With a Master’s in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster, London, and an MBA from IBA Karachi, he has played a pivotal role in transforming financial strategies for some of Pakistan’s largest infrastructure projects.
Shafiq has held top leadership positions, including CEO and COO roles, at major engineering firms, where he spearheaded multi-billion-dollar infrastructure developments, negotiated high-stakes contracts, and resolved complex construction disputes. His tenure at the National Highway Authority (NHA) saw him oversee highway expansions, expressways, and public-private partnerships (PPP), ensuring projects were not just completed but financially optimized.
As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), he has been instrumental in arbitration and dispute resolution, representing entities in high-value construction claims and contract disputes. His deep understanding of FIDIC contracts, procurement strategies, and financial structuring has made him a trusted advisor to government bodies, private developers, and multinational investors.

A finance powerhouse with over 23 years of expertise, Aun Ali Sayani has built a career mastering high-stakes negotiations, commercial strategy, and financial leadership across infrastructure, banking, real estate, and telecommunications.
A Chartered Accountant (ICAP) and Certified Internal Auditor (USA), he has spearheaded multi-billion-dollar projects, secured major public-private partnerships (PPP), and restructured financial frameworks for some of Pakistan’s largest firms.
Aun’s career is defined by his ability to transform financial roadblocks into opportunities. As CFO of ZKB Engineers & Constructors, he successfully led the Dhabeji Special Economic Zone (CPEC) project, structured high-value deals, and optimized financial resources to maximize profitability. His tenure at TPL Properties, PTCL, and Karachi Port Trust saw him negotiate game-changing investment deals, streamline corporate finances, and drive strategic growth in industries that demand precision and foresight.
